RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
KATHLEEN PEARA SKINCARE FOR LIFE LLC is committed to providing quality products and exceptional skincare experiences to you. While we hope you are satisfied with your product purchase, we realize there are times you may need to return a product. If you will need to return a product, please review the information below.
- Returns or exchanges must have prior approval.
- Returns or Exchanges must be made within 15 days of your purchase shipping date.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and in unused condition.
- We do not refund original shipping charges with returns.
- Returns must be made through UPS or FedEx to be accepted.
- No returns or exchanges are given on used product.
- All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please contact Customer Service within 15 days of receiving your product for replacement. We will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions. Items will not be replaced after 30 days.
